The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Heather at the front desk was especially helpful, allowing us to check in early and even ensuring our room was ready for us. The location, right off the highway, was incredibly convenient. The hotel had everything we needed, including a larger fridge and a microwave, and the beds were comfortable with ample pillows.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

the location is great, not very far from vf outlet. and it's nestled in a nice building next to the nature and the highway exit and carrollton.

The parking lot was blocked off due to renovations, which created inconvenience for guests. The hotel did not inform us in advance about the renovations or the limited availability of amenities such as the indoor pool.

The beds were comfortable and the pillows were just right. The location of the hotel was very convenient, right next to the highway exit, which made it easy to get to my intended destination.
